Welcome to Just Visiting Reality
A place for the news, creators, tools, experiments and impossible ideas reshaping entertainment.
Welcome to Just Visiting Reality. You do not need a perfect prompt, a film-school vocabulary, or an opinion about every new model to find a place here. Curiosity is a good start.
AI is changing who can make entertainment, what can be created, and how quickly an impossible idea can become something you can watch, hear, share or build on. JVR exists to explore that change without treating every new tool as either magic or catastrophe.
We are creators ourselves, which means we are interested in more than announcements and model numbers. We care about the people using these tools, the work they make, the audiences forming around it, and the culture emerging along the way.
Why Just Visiting Reality?
The name gives us somewhere to play. “Visiting” suggests curiosity rather than certainty. “Reality” is the familiar place we can bend, explore and look at again. Together, the words feel like an invitation instead of a technical category.
JVR also happens to echo the names of its three founders: Jesi, Vince and Rocky. That connection sits underneath a public name with room for many more people. You should not need to know us before the idea makes sense.
What you’ll find here
The Blog is where we go deeper: essays, profiles, explainers, creative experiments and ideas that deserve more than a headline.
News tracks releases, tools, company announcements, creator developments and industry stories from across AI entertainment. External stories stay credited and linked to their original publishers.
Creators is our growing directory of the people making the work. Videos gives us a place to showcase what creators are making and, over time, to host JVR programming such as podcasts, conversations and recorded sessions.
Our FAQ is the starting point for people who are newer to the space: plain-language answers about AI entertainment, generative media, AI filmmaking, characters, creators and the terms people keep using.
Creators, viewers and the curious
Some visitors will be making films or music. Some will be experimenting for the first time. Others will simply want to watch something funny, strange, beautiful or unexpected. JVR should make room for all of them.
We also want this to become a place where the community makes things together. Challenges, collaborations and shared creative prompts are already part of the culture around AI creation. JVR can give those experiments a home beyond a disappearing social feed.
The same goes for live conversations, training sessions and podcasts. We will add those formats when they make the experience more useful or more fun—not simply because a navigation menu has room for another tab.
A beginning, not a finished world
This site will change as the medium changes. Some tools will matter for a week. Some creators will invent formats nobody has named yet. Some strange little experiments will turn into real businesses, communities or forms of entertainment.
Our job is not to pretend we already know what all of this becomes. It is to pay attention, make things, ask useful questions, and help interesting work find an audience.
Interesting work is worth finding. The people behind it are worth knowing. And a little company on the journey makes it more fun.
Thanks for visiting.
